Living in Independently and Being Included in Norway

The 2008 Annual Seminar of the European Coalition for Community Living (ECCL) discussed strategies for implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, with a focus on Article 19. The objective of ECCL's Annual Seminars was to promote good practices in the development and provision of quality community-based services for people with disabilities. Representatives of disability organizations, service providers, policy and decision makers from around Europe  were invited to discuss recent developments, share good practice and identify solutions to barriers to social inclusion of people with disabilities.
