G3ict is the Global Initiative for Inclusive ICTs

Henny Swan is Senior Consultant for RNIB, the Royal National Institute for the Blind. She has been working with Web since 1995 and major areas of interest include internationalization, mobile access, and how the two compliment accessibility. Ms. Swan lived in China for about a year and worked for a Chinese search engine and shopping channel, where she focused her work on the development of dual language e-commerce systems.

Ms. Swan also focuses on the accessibility of virtual worlds, and is an active member of the Web Accessibility Initiative Education and Outreach Working Group.
